I provide advice and guidance to navigate my clients through complex employment law issues. I strive to understand my client’s point of view and conduct myself in a professional, empathetic, and enthusiastic manner. I provide high quality, personal, affordable, and result – oriented legal services, and serve as a primary resource in all aspects of a clients’ employment issue. I provide my clients with a full and realistic analysis of options, rights and remedies, and a plan that fits their individual circumstances. My goal is to serve as your trusted advisor, providing objective and results-oriented analysis, solutions and implementation.

If I give my client the answer she only has a temporary solution. If I teach her the principles that led to that answer she will be able to create her own solutions in the future. As stated by Benjamin Franklin, “Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I may remember. Involve me and I learn.“

Respect: I listen to and learn from my clients and one another. I value diverse perspectives and strive to incorporate them in my work. I act with humility, certain I have as much to learn as to contribute.

Candor: Good choices are grounded in good information. I value facts and feedback, speak my mind, and understand that hard choices and difficult trade-offs are often necessary.

Honesty and Objectivity: I approach my work in an objective way.

I work as a team with my clients. I share what I know and try to align my efforts with those of others who are dedicated to achieving success.

Ethics: My work is performed in an ethical and transparent manner.

Passion: I am committed to making a difference through my work. I seek to understand what can be, not simply what is.
