★ ON THE CLOCK?: On July 15, 2020, an updated “COVID-19 Frequently Asked Questions” was issued by the United States Department of Labor. Note should be taken of OSHA’s that employers “must report the hospitalization within 24 hours of knowing both that the employee has been hospitalized and that the reason for hospitalization was COVID-19.”
